All of our swimwear is made to order, created individually for each customer. Because every garment is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or for selecting the incorrect size. We encourage all customers to read our size guide carefully before placing an order, and to contact us if they need assistance choosing a size. As each piece is handmade to order, we are unable to remake or refund items where the incorrect size has been chosen.
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to all purchases. This means that if your garment is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match the description provided, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue. Faults must be reported within seven days of receiving your order. We may request photographs or ask you to return the garment for assessment so we can determine the appropriate remedy. If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a solution in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note that general wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or deterioration from chlorine, sunscreen, rough surfaces or prolonged sun exposure is not considered a manufacturing fault. All items returned for fault assessment must be in clean, unworn and unwashed condition.
